The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to the distribution, sales, and use of pesticides. The department also regulates the registration, commercial use, purchase, and custom applications of pesticides.
In accordance with the law, we employ three licensed pesticide applicators that manage this facet of our business.
In accordance with the law, we are required to provide you, our customer, with the product labels for all pesticides applied to your lawn. Below are the links to the labels for the products our business applies; some of which to your lawn. Simply click on the product name, for those that pertain to you, and the label will appear.
